#TeamStory was tasked by Birmingham City Council’s Brum Breathes team to create a launch moment to remember for Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone.
We needed something shareable and attention-grabbing – for us this meant an evidence-backed stunt for all to see, showing the reduction in pollution the CAZ will create. We went high. We went visible. We went social media and content-driven.
The collaborative project with Brum Breathes, film makers Blue Monday, special effects supplier Trinity FX and the Library of Birmingham helped bring the moment to life. And drone footage below shows what the average NOx that will be saved citywide by the Zone in just 10 seconds looks like. If you want the actual figure per annum – it’s around 4,240 tonnes. No small amount.
The prelude to this was a cinematic film created by Blue Monday and Story, acting as a rallying cry to residents and businesses to get behind the CAZ.
